The issues with the first video presenter were, honestly, the least professional that I have ever seen on a commercial/corporate video, not to mention a training video. I think you should give him the opportunity to re-record his contribution to it. I am sure he can do better if technical issues weren't plaguing him. (It wasn't his fault.) The Company shouldn't have posted it like this...simple editing would have been the solution.

However, the second presenter saved the day. Technically strong, experienced, knowledgeable...he was great!
