Abstract
The study presents a novel approach to improving the narcotics enforcement field’s onboarding procedure for new investigators. The main goal of this project is to create and deploy ”NarcGuideBot,” an AI-driven bot that has been painstakingly designed to lead rookie officers through the complex worlds of drug investigations, FBI filings, and NCB processes. Aside from offering thorough responses to questions, ”NarcGuideBot” also delivers novel capabilities like image-based queries by utilizing advanced machine learning techniques and fine-tuned models.
In addition to providing basic direction, the bot expedites form-related tasks by making it easier to get the appropriate forms, providing detailed instructions for correctly filling them out, and utilizing mistake detection systems to guarantee legal compliance. This study emphasizes the importance of technology’s role in developing a thorough and effective onboarding process, where ”NarcGuideBot” turns into a vital companion for inexperienced police navigating the complexity of drug enforcement.
This study presents a comprehensive and effective method for onboarding new officers that combines technology and mentorship, bringing in a new age of accuracy and direction in the difficult sector of drug enforcement.
